Rob Finch is the founder and lead instructor at Proactive Consulting, Inc. He is a decorated investigator with over 19 years experience working in a large criminal intelligence unit. Rob’s daily responsibilities include documenting, investigating, and prosecuting subversive criminal organizations and domestic terrorism subjects on both the state and federal levels. He draws on his years of experience investigating criminal activity attributed to sovereign citizens/anti-government extremism, outlaw motorcycle gangs, Anarchist/Antifa extremism, racially and ethnically motivated violent extremism, and animal/earth extremism to provide training intended to help law enforcement professionals safely and effectively address emerging public safety issues within their jurisdictions. Rob takes great pride in delivering dynamic and engaging training to thousands of students across the U.S. each year.
